Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days ( Monday-Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

UK Shipping

Delivery times typically take 2-4 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (for example during promotional free shipping periods).

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service used. Estimated delivery is typically between 3-12 business days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsability of the customer. 

Delays

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

ARROGANT is not responsaible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. 

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsaibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@arrogantclothing.co.uk so we can investigate the issue.
